Two smaller extensions to the side and rear of this property really opened up the area giving it a much more spacious feel. This project was very interesting as it had to have specially-designed foundations as a result of the neighbour’s property necessitating a block and beam flooring and steel-framed construction. The existing exterior walls were removed to open up the space and create a stunning new kitchen and utility area in addition to a larger dining room. Finishing with a clean white render and slate roof with 3 Velux windows provided additional light to maximise impact.
